Staying in the flow is important, and Raycast is my point-to-point agent of choice: but it lacks some functionality I used to love about Alfred. Case in point: Grabbing finder files to action, currently missing in Raycast.
But no more!
I used Cursor (AI IDE) to build my own replica of this functionality and extend Raycast. This extension allows users to:
- Select files in Finder
- “Grab” them with Raycast shortcut CMD + G
- Move them, copy them or Trash them with the Actions menu
