prefs

Agent-readable configuration for building products with Nx, Playwright, and shadcn.

Prefs tested how far personal and team delivery preferences can be made explicit for agents. Its concerns now map into Soul, Stack, Idea, and Shulkerbox.

What problem does this solve?

Most delivery preferences live in somebody's head until an agent gets them wrong. Prefs explored how to make those defaults readable, reusable, and eventually better located.

Activity signals

  • Recent commit added a soft tombstone.
  • The tombstone maps preference concerns to Soul, Stack, Idea, and Shulkerbox.
  • The repo remains useful as a decision trail for preference architecture.

Why it matters

  • Makes implicit product-building preferences visible and machine-readable.
  • Shows the connective tissue between design taste, stack choices, and agent behaviour.
  • Records a real architecture consolidation rather than a polished fiction.
